02. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply on lower-value or COD orders

03. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email. You can track your order at every step until it arrives at your doorstep.

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe handling, timely delivery, and pan-India coverage.

04. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Taraah Jewels offers Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India. A nominal COD fee may apply at checkout; free COD may be available on select orders or during promotions.

COD order confirmation

To ensure genuine orders and faster dispatch, all COD orders may require confirmation before shipment. Our team may contact you via SMS or WhatsApp for verification. Orders that remain unverified may be automatically cancelled.

Please ensure you are reachable on your registered number after placing a COD order. Unverified orders may cause delays or cancellation.

05. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or high order volumes during sale periods. In such cases, our team will proactively keep you informed and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

06. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

Eligibility for returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be intact
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return unless received in a defective or incorrect condition:

Important notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • Taraah Jewels reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a refund
  • If the returned package is incomplete — missing items, gifts, or components — the applicable value may be deducted from the refund

07. Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection. All refunds are processed to the original payment method and are based on the invoice value at the time of purchase. Ongoing discounts or price changes after purchase will not affect the refund amount.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned item.

08. Exchange & Replacement

We offer exchanges and replacements for eligible products, subject to the same conditions as returns. Replacement orders are processed after the original product is picked up or received at our end.

In case of defective or incorrect items, we will prioritise a quick resolution — whether that's an exchange, replacement, or full refund.

09. Return Process

Initiating a return is straightforward. You can raise a return request through our website or by contacting our customer support team directly.

If pickup fails due to unavailability or unanswered calls, the request may be cancelled and will need to be re-initiated.

10. Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

In rare cases where reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product via a reliable courier such as India Post.

  • We will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹70
  • Any shipping cost above ₹70 will be adjusted against the refund amount

11. RTO (Return to Origin) Prevention

Every Taraah piece is made and shipped with care. To maintain service quality and avoid unnecessary losses, we follow a strict RTO prevention process.

What is RTO?

RTO (Return to Origin) occurs when an order is not accepted at delivery, the customer is unreachable, or the delivery address is incorrect. This results in the package being returned to us — causing delays and added costs for everyone involved.

Our preventive measures

  • Order confirmation is mandatory for all COD orders before dispatch
  • We request customers to provide accurate address details, including landmarks
  • Customers must be reachable on their registered number during delivery attempts

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order. Orders once shipped cannot be modified. In rare cases where a location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to arrange an alternate solution.
